Q: What is the RC&D Council's Board of Directors actually doing?

A: The RC& D Council is an incorporated 501(c)(3) organization. The Council approves the area plan, mission, policies, budget, projects, and hiring of council staff. Members have legal and fiduciary responsibilities. Essentially, the entire RC& D Council ensures that the organization is well-managed and running properly in order to obtain its objectives. The BIRC&D meets four times a year. You are welcome to attend our meetings!
