_Mobile Slaughter House for Hawaii Island

We are currently exploring options and ideas to solve an imminent problem. Cattle ranching becomes more sustainable and efficient when the slaughter house would come to the farm, instead of bringing the cattle to the facility.

_Coffee Berry Borer (coffee)

This newly arrived pest, one of the worst for coffee worldwide, has spread in Kona and parts of Ka'u. In March of 2011 a symposium of experts and state officials was held in Kona. You can inform yourself about the various presentations given here.
